WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The purchase can be delivered to the shipping address you have indicated or, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address different from the customer's address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

From the moment of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for customized products, which take 15 working days. For shipments abroad, Balearic and Canary Islands (consult according to destination). In sales period this delivery time may be affected.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

  • Spain (Peninsula only): 3,90 Euros
  • For all other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the goods.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating the departure of your package from our store. When the courier processes your shipment, he will communicate your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

RETURN POLICY

The return period for all our online orders or in-store purchases is 30 calendar days from receipt by the customer. If you wish to make a return of an in-store purchase, you only have to manage it in the store.

 

If you would like to return an online order, please contact our online store at www.naitnait.com and in your customer profile you can request it in "Merchandise returns" and we will tell you how to proceed.

 

The order must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. No item will be accepted for return once it has been used, so please make sure you check it well before the 30 days deadline so you can request a refund in a timely manner if it is not as you expected, if you have received an item that you did not order as a replacement for the item ordered, or if it has a manufacturing defect. No returns will be accepted for manufacturing defects after the established date, or if the manufacturing defect is detected once the item has been used.

When we receive the items and check that they have arrived in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method in which the purchase was made, or we will issue a voucher without expiration if you prefer.


The shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded. Nait Nait does not assume the cost of return (secondary shipping cost).

Personalized items, combs and brushes are non-returnable. Outlet items are non-returnable.

Instagram is not the established channel to request a return or transfer a claim, just as it is not the channel to formalize an order, so Nait Nait is not responsible for return requests through Instagram as it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for it.
