SHIPPING
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 24/48 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday or specific promotions without the user having the right to claim compensation or indemnity for such delay.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or international will be subject to customs and/or import charges in addition to the amount of the order and the shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait. Canary Islands (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% IGIC. Ceuta and Melilla (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI. Customers will bear the corresponding customs and / or import costs.
For orders with customized or pre-ordered products, the delivery time is 15 working days.
For international shipments the delivery time is 5 to 10 days depending on the country of destination. In case of an order with a customized item, you must add to the time foreseen for the preparation of the order, the transit time contemplated here.
The customer will receive an SMS or email from the carrier with all the information regarding the shipment with all the transit information.

In special promotions of free shipping, these will only be applicable in those orders that are delivered in peninsular Spain.
DELIVERY
Nait Nait undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the delivery address indicated by the user on the order form. This may be different from the buyer's address.
In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the user to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
Nait Nait will not be responsible for any errors generated when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form is not correct or has been omitted in whole or in part.
