LEGAL BASES CLINIQUE HALLOWEEN
Starting October 31, at Nait Nait's physical store in Madrid, a minitall of Clinique's Take The Day Off Makeup Remover Balm and a Nait Nait Nait face towel will be given away on orders over €40. On orders over 80€, we will give away a Take The Day Off Clinique Makeup Remover Balm minitall and a Nait Nait face towel and a Nait Nait toiletry bag. All while stocks last.
FAIR PURSES
To brighten up the fair we have decided to make a collaboration with Clinique, since our founder Marta Vázquez is an ambassador of the cosmetic brand. The lipsticks that will be given away with the fair purse will be distributed in the orders that contain this product, in the prints Otomi in its four zipper colors, India black and India Mauve, Black Polka Dots in Grey Blue and Powder Pink and, White Polka Dots in Mint Green and Pink. All other trade show purses will not include this promotion. The sticks will be placed in the purses at random, with no choice of lipstick color or shade.
The fair purses, being a special promotion, are non-refundable, unless the Nait Nait product, in this case, the purse, has a manufacturing defect, in which case, you must deliver both the purse and the lipstick.
The promotion of the fair purse + lipstick pack, will be valid until the end of stock of the lipstick, once the units available for the promotion are finished, the purse will be sent alone.
40 YEARS DRAWING
To celebrate this special day we want to raffle among the followers of Nait Nait Kids nothing more and nothing less than 40 products of our brand! Among these prizes you can find: backpack for school, computer case + square thermos, toiletry bag + brush, travel bag and beach towel.
The prizes are in a list that we will send to the winners with the number of the prize that they have won, so that they know which is their prize.
In addition, to celebrate this special day, the 40th winner will win a weekend at the hotel: VINCCI RESORT (Sancti Petri) for two people.
The dates of this weekend will be agreed by the winner and MARTANAIT SLU, during the month of October. Only includes the hotel, other expenses are not covered by MARTANAIT SLU.
There will be 24 hours of drawing starting today (9/07 at 22.00h)!
We will announce the first batch of the first 20 winners at 12.00h on 10/07 and the second batch of winners will be announced from 23.00h on 10/07.

- Orders over 30€ placed in stores from January 26th to January 30th will be entered into a raffle for 200€ in Nait Nait plus the full amount of the purchase made.

This sweepstakes will be done through instagram and we will contact store customers by phone call and email in case the purchases have been on-line.
In total there would be 4 prizes, one for each Nait Nait store and one online.
*Shipping costs are not included in the refund of the order amount.
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTION
This raffle is organized by the company NAIT NAIT, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter, Nait Nait, S.L.), with NIF: B-90.311.911 and address for notification purposes in Seville, Avenida de Cádiz Nº9, SEVILLE (41004); with contact telephone: 634 76 27 58 and e-mail: info@naitnait.com.
2. OBJECT OF THE PROMOTION
Nait Nait S.L, will carry out the sweepstakes (hereinafter, the PROMOTIONS) and that will be developed in the Instagram account of @naitnaitkids, in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
3. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
3.1. The PROMOTIONS will be carried out within the Spanish State, only Spain Peninsula.
3.2. The promotional period is fixed in each of the posts made.
4. REQUIREMENTS AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1. Be a natural person over 18 years of age, resident in Spain.
4.2. Participate in the contest through the real, active and personal account opened on Instagram of the participant, and that cannot be considered likely to have been created with the sole intention of participating in the PROMOTION.
Only those accounts that meet the following characteristics will be considered valid for participation:
- The user must have a user-designated profile picture (not required to be a personal picture).
- You must have at least one photo/post published in your profile since the moment of its creation.
It will be understood that the account has been created with the sole intention of participating in the promotion when it has been opened after the publication of the promotion and does not comply with the above requirements.
4.3. It shall be necessary to comply with the requirements indicated.
4.4. Each participant may participate as many times as he/she wants, from a single account or profile or from several accounts or profiles, as long as he/she complies with the above requirements regarding the conditions of account validity.
5. FREE
Participation in the PROMOTION is FREE.
6. PROMOTION PRIZES
6.1. The winner who, according to the participation criteria, and once the duration of the sweepstakes is over, will be entitled to receive the prize indicated in the publication.
6.2. The draw will be carried out through an application designed for this purpose.
6.3. The prize obtained, if any, will not be exchangeable or exchangeable for another cash value or other alternative prize.
Nait Nait, S.L. will pay the shipping costs to the address indicated by the winner in the terms expressed in base 7.1.
6.4. Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance and submission to the terms of participation contained in these legal bases of the participant, without being able to obviate the provisions herein.
7. COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNERS
7.1. The winning person will be informed directly via Instagram direct message, within SEVEN (7) business days (Monday through Friday) after the date of completion of the sweepstakes.
Once the communication indicated in the previous section has been made, the awarded person must respond by the same means within a maximum period of TWO (2) working days (Monday to Friday) after the date of sending said communication, stating the following:
- That he/she expressly accepts the prize communicated and the terms and conditions for its delivery provided in these rules.
The non-acceptance of the prize and of the terms and conditions for the delivery of the prize is equivalent to its WAIVER. If this is not stated in the reply message, Nait Nait, S.L. may require the winner to state this fact within the period indicated above.
- For the purposes set forth in Condition 9 of these rules, you must provide a photograph in which only the winning person appears and that complies with the terms and conditions of publication of Instagram for publication; or, otherwise, expressly authorize Nait Nait, S.L. to make use of the photograph that appears in your profile, under the terms set forth in these rules.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the prize being forfeited and exclusion from the sweepstakes. If this is not stated in the reply message, Nait Nait, S.L. may require the prize-winner to state this fact within the period indicated above.
- Provide a copy of your national identity card (DNI) or equivalent document for foreigners residing in Spain, in order to obtain the following personal data: Name and surname, DNI and age.
- Provide an address in Spain (Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) to which the prize should be sent; a contact e-mail address and cell phone number.
If within the indicated period the winner or, where appropriate, alternate, does not respond to the communication made by Nait Nait, S.L., it will be understood that the draw is abandoned, and the prize will be passed to the next alternate in the list of the draw.
7.2. In the event that one or more prizes are not accepted and are understood to have been abandoned until the number of substitutes is exhausted, the prize in question will be declared void, and Nait Nait, S.L. will be exonerated from any obligation or responsibility.
8. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Nait Nait, SL. is exonerated from all liability in the event of malfunction of electronic communication networks that prevent the normal development of the promotion for reasons beyond its control and especially for external acts of bad faith.
8.2. Any abusive or fraudulent use by users will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the PROMOTION. If such misuse of the application (with or without fraudulent intent) causes it to malfunction, Nait Nait SL. will be exonerated from all liability and may cancel the promotion.
8.3. Likewise, it shall be understood, by way of example, but not limited to, that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant participates in the promotion using a false account or third party identities without their consent.
Nait Nait is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the participation in this PROMOTION.
8.5. Nait Nait is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users may upload at their own risk.
8.6. The finding of any of these circumstances during the PROMOTION will result in automatic disqualification and the prohibition to participate in the contest, as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.
8.7. Nait Nait is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that would prevent their identification.
8.8. The award of the Prize is personal and non-transferable.
The prizes are subject to the present legal bases and it will not be possible to substitute them totally or partially for cash. The prizes may not be changed, altered or compensated at the request of the winners.
If the prize is refused by the winner, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or disposal is strictly prohibited.
8.9. The indication of the personal data of the winners will be mandatory for the management of the Prize. Any false communication of personal data will entitle the organizers of this sweepstakes to disqualify the winner and to dispose of the corresponding prize, in the terms expressed herein.
8.10. Nait Nait reserves the right to make changes that result in the success of the DRAW when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.
8.11. That Instagram is fully released from any liability arising from this sweepstakes on the part of each entrant.
8.12. The winner is responsible for collecting any permission or consent necessary to enjoy the prize and for any incident that occurs during the prize.
Similarly, Nait Nait, S.L. will not be liable for any damages, both personal and financial, that the winners suffer as a result of the enjoyment of the prize, including compensation of any nature and / or nature, expenses, costs (including the fees of lawyers and solicitors).
8.13. Nait Nait, S.L. is expressly empowered to postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel or suspend the sweepstakes as a result of force majeure beyond its control, undertaking to inform participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.
8.14. Nait Nait is exempt from any liability in the event of providing personal data, as well as name, personal or bank details, to fraudulent accounts outside @naitnaitkids.
Likewise, Nait Nait, S.L. is expressly empowered to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these legal bases as long as it does not imply a substantial change in the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes or mean a decrease in the rights of consumers and users or non-compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.
9. ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS AND/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE AWARDEE
9.1. Acceptance of the prize, in the terms expressed in Condition 7.1, shall imply AUTHORIZATION to Nait Nait, S.L. on the part of the prize-winner to reproduce, use and disseminate his/her user name, account and profile photograph or that provided by the same, in any advertising and/or promotional activity related to this PROMOTION, all in any medium (including, but not limited to, exploitation through the Internet and social networks) without such activities conferring any right to any remuneration or benefit, without prejudice to the delivery of the prize obtained in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9.2. The lack of authorization referred to in Condition 9.1 will result in the waiver of the prize obtained and exclusion from the draw, proceeding in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.1.
10. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The personal information provided by participants and prize winners will be treated in accordance with the highest standards of confidentiality and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
Nait Nait, S.L. will be responsible for the processing of such information. For this purpose, it will be included in the Register of Processing Activities owned by Nait Nait, S.L. for processing, which will consist of participating in this sweepstakes, as well as contacting the winners and alternates of the sweepstakes.
10.2. Terms of use of personal data:
Purpose of the processing of personal data. The collection and processing of personal data has the following purpose:
- To manage the PROMOTION regulated in these terms and conditions.
- The delivery and acceptance of the award by the participants and awardees.
- The shipment of the prize packs.
The personal data collected and processed are the data necessary for the shipment of the packs and delivery of the raffled prizes: name / surname / full address / email / telephone number.

Data retention: The data controller will only retain the data when it is necessary to carry out follow-up actions of the act, taking into account the purpose of the processing of personal data.
The user will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, suppression and other rights that can be consulted in the additional and detailed information in our privacy policy by contacting the person in charge of the treatment in the indicated mail.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
11.1. Without prejudice to the provisions of Condition 8 and the rest of the conditions contained in these terms and conditions, participation in the promotion implies the express and express and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
11.2. Failure to comply with any of these rules by the participant will result in his/her immediate disqualification from the sweepstakes, and he/she will not be eligible to participate in the PROMOTION by any other means.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1. These Promotion Rules are governed by Spanish Law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these rules.
12.2. If any clause or part of a clause of these rules is declared null, illegal or not applicable, said clause or part of it shall be understood as not included in these rules, without affecting the validity, legality or applicability of the rest of the conditions contained in these rules.
