From October 31st, in the Nait Nait physical store in Madrid, a mini size of Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm will be given away along with a Nait Nait face towel for orders over €40. For orders over €80, a mini size of Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm will be given away, as well as a Nait Nait face towel and a Nait Nait toiletry bag. All while stocks last.
FAIR PURSES
To brighten up your Fair, we have decided to collaborate with Clinique, as our founder Marta Vázquez is an ambassador for the cosmetics brand. The lipsticks that are given away with the Fair purse will be distributed in the orders that contain this product, in the Otomí prints in its four zip colours, Black India and Mauve India, Black Polka Dots in Greyish Blue and Powder Pink, and White Polka Dots in Mint Green and Pink. The rest of the Fair purses will not include this promotion. The lipsticks will be placed in the purses at random, and you cannot choose the colour or shade of the lipstick.
As the fair purses are a special promotion, they cannot be returned, unless the Nait Nait product, in this case, the purse, has a manufacturing defect, in which case, you must return both the purse and the lipstick.
The promotion of the fair purse + lipstick pack will be valid until the lipstick is out of stock. Once the units we have available for the promotion are gone, the purse will be sent alone.
40 YEARS DRAW
To celebrate this special day we want to raffle off no less than 40 products from our brand among Nait Nait Kids fans! Among these prizes you can find: a school backpack, a laptop case + a square thermos, a toiletry bag + a brush, a travel bag and a beach towel.
The prizes are on a list that we will send to the winners with the prize number they have won, so that they know what their prize is.
In addition, to celebrate this special day, the 40th winner will win a weekend at the hotel: VINCCI RESORT (Sancti Petri) for two people.
The dates of this weekend will be agreed between the winner and MARTANAIT SLU, during the month of October. Only the hotel is included, the other expenses are not covered by MARTANAIT SLU.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROMOTION ORGANIZER
This draw is organized by the company NAIT NAIT, LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as Nait Nait, SL), with NIF: B-90.311.911 and address for notifications in Seville, at Avenida de Cádiz Nº9, SEVILLA (41004); with contact telephone number: 634 76 27 58 and email: info@naitnait.com
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
Nait Nait SL, will carry out the draws (hereinafter, the PROMOTIONS) and which will take place on the Instagram account of @naitnaitkids, in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
3. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
3.1 The PROMOTIONS will be carried out within the Spanish State, only Spain Peninsula.
3.2 The promotional period is set in each of the posts made.
4. REQUIREMENTS AND FORM TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 Be a natural person over 18 years of age, resident in Spain.
4.2 Participate in the competition through the participant's real, active and personal Instagram account, which cannot be considered susceptible to having been created with the sole intention of participating in the PROMOTION.
Only those accounts that meet the following characteristics will be considered valid for participation:
- The user must have a profile photo designated by him/herself (it is not mandatory that it be a personal photo).
- You must have at least one photo/post published on your profile from the moment of its creation.
The account will be deemed to have been created with the sole intention of participating in the promotion when it has been opened after the promotion has been published and does not meet the stated requirements.
4.3 It will be necessary to comply with the requirements indicated.
4.4 Each participant may participate as many times as they wish, from a single account or profile or from several, provided that they meet the requirements set out above regarding the conditions of account validity.
5. FREE OF CHARGE
Participation in the PROMOTION is FREE.
6. PROMOTION PRIZES
6.1 The winner who, according to the participation criteria, and once the validity of the draw has ended, is/are the winners, will have the right to receive the prize indicated in the publication.
6.2 The draw will be carried out through an application designed for this purpose.
6.3 The prize obtained, if applicable, will not be exchangeable or redeemable for another prize of its cash value or for another alternative prize.
Nait Nait, SL will cover the shipping costs once to the address indicated by the prizewinner under the terms expressed in section 7.1.
6.4 Participation in the draw implies acceptance and submission to the terms of participation set out in these legal bases of the participant, without being able to ignore the provisions herein.
7. NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNERS
7.1 The winner will be informed directly via Instagram direct message, within SEVEN (7) business days (Monday to Friday) after the end date of the draw.
Once the communication indicated in the previous section has been made, the prize-winner must respond by the same means within a maximum period of TWO (2) business days (Monday to Friday) after the date of sending said communication, stating the following:
- Que expressly accepts the prize communicated and the terms and conditions for its delivery provided for in these bases.
Non-acceptance of the prize and the terms and conditions for the delivery of the prize is equivalent to his RESIGNATION. If this is not stated in the response message, Nait Nait, SL may require the prize winner to comment on this matter within the period indicated above.
- For the purposes set out in Condition 9 of these rules, you must provide a photograph in which only the prize-winner appears and which complies with Instagram's terms and conditions for publication; or, otherwise, expressly authorize Nait Nait, SL to use the photograph that appears on your profile, under the terms set out in these rules.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the loss of the prize obtained and exclusion from the draw. If this is not stated in the response message, Nait Nait, SL may require the prizewinner to make a statement on this matter within the period indicated above.
- Provide a copy of your national identity document (DNI) or comparable document for foreigners residing in Spain, in order to obtain the following personal data: Name and surname, ID number and age.
- Provide an address in the Spanish State (Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) to which the prize will be sent; a contact email address and mobile phone number.
If within the indicated period the prizewinner or, where applicable, substitute, does not respond to the communication made by Nait Nait, SL, it will be understood that he/she has withdrawn from the draw, and the prize will be passed on to the next substitute on the draw list.
7.2 In the event that one or more prizes are not accepted and are deemed to have been renounced until the number of substitutes is exhausted, the prize in question will be declared void, and Nait Nait, SL will be exonerated from any obligation or responsibility.
8. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
8.1 Nait Nait, SL., is exonerated from all liability in the event of malfunctioning of electronic communication networks that prevent the normal development of the promotion for reasons beyond its control and especially due to external acts of bad faith.
8.2 Any abusive or fraudulent use by users will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant in the PROMOTION. If such improper use of the application (with or without fraudulent intent) causes it to malfunction, Nait Nait SL. will be exonerated from all liability and may cancel the promotion.
8.3 Likewise, it will be understood, by way of example but not limited to, that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant participates in the promotion using a false account or third party identities without their consent.
8.4. Nait Nait is not responsible for any possible losses, damages, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that could affect participation in this PROMOTION.
8.5. Nait Nait is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users may upload at their own risk.
8.6 The verification of any of these circumstances during the PROMOTION will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the competition, as well as the loss of the prize, if any, awarded.
8.7 Nait Nait is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.
8.8 The award of the Prize is Personal and non-transferable.
Prizes are subject to these legal terms and conditions and cannot be replaced in whole or in part with cash. Prizes cannot be changed, altered or compensated at the request of the winners.
If the winner rejects the prize, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or transfer is strictly prohibited.
8.9 The indication of the personal data of the winners will be mandatory for the management of the Prize. Any false communication of personal data will entitle the organizers of this draw to disqualify the winner and to be able to dispose of the corresponding prize, in the terms expressed herein.
8.10 Nait Nait reserves the right to make changes that will result in the successful completion of the DRAW when there is a just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.
8.11 Instagram is fully exonerated from any liability arising from this draw by each participant.
8.12 The winner is responsible for obtaining any permission or consent necessary to enjoy the prize and for any incident that may occur during the same.
Similarly, Nait Nait, SL will not be responsible for any damages, whether personal or property damage., that the prize winners suffer as a result of the enjoyment of the prize awarded, including compensation of any nature and/or type, expenses, costs (with express inclusion of the fees of lawyers and solicitors).
8.13 Nait Nait, SL is expressly authorized to postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel or suspend the draw as a result of force majeure beyond its control, and undertakes to inform participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.
8.14 Nait Nait is exempt from any liability in the event of providing personal data, such as name, personal or banking data, to fraudulent accounts outside of @naitnaitkids
Likewise, Nait Nait, SL is expressly authorized to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these legal bases as long as it does not imply a substantial change to the terms and conditions of the draw or entail a reduction in the rights of consumers and users or non-compliance with the regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
9. ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS AND/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE AWARDED PERSON
9.1 Acceptance of the prize, under the terms expressed in Condition 7.1., will entail the AUTHORIZATION to Nait Nait, SL by the awarded person to reproduce, use and distribute their Username, its account and profile picture or that provided by the same, in any advertising and/or promotional activity that is related to this PROMOTION, all of this in any medium (including, but not limited to, exploitation through the Internet and RRSS) without said activities conferring any right to remuneration or benefit, without prejudice to the delivery of the prize obtained in accordance with these rules.
9.2 The lack of authorization referred to in Condition 9.1 will result in the renunciation of the prize obtained and exclusion from the draw, proceeding in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.1.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The personal information provided by participants and prizewinners will be treated in accordance with the maxims of confidentiality and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and the free circulation of these data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
Nait Nait, SL will be responsible for the processing of said information. For such purposes, it will be incorporated into the Register of Processing Activities owned by Nait Nait, SL for processing, which will consist of participation in this draw, as well as contacting the winners and substitutes of the draw.
10.2 Terms of use of personal data:
Purpose of processing personal data. The collection and processing of personal data has the following purpose:
- Manage the PROMOTION regulated in these rules.
- The presentation and acceptance of the prize by the participants and prizewinners.
- Sending the prize packs.
The personal data collected and processed are the data necessary for sending the packs and delivering the prizes drawn: name / surname / full home address / email / telephone number.

Data retention: The data controller will only retain the data when it is necessary to carry out follow-up actions on the act, taking into account the purpose of the processing of personal data.
The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and other rights that can be consulted in the additional information and detailed in our privacy policy by contacting the data controller at the email address indicated.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
11.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of Condition 8 and the rest of the conditions included in these rules, participation in the promotion implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these bases.
11.2 Failure by the participant to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the draw, and the participant will not be eligible to participate in the PROMOTION by any other means.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Promotion Rules are governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville shall be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these rules.
12.2 If any clause or part of a clause of these terms and conditions is declared void, illegal or not applicable, said clause or part thereof shall be deemed not to have been included in these terms and conditions, without affecting the validity, legality or applicability of the remaining conditions included therein.
