1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the option of withdrawing from his order without having to justify his decision within a period of one month (30 calendar days) from receipt of the ordered products, taking as reference the date appearing on the carrier's receipt signed by the Customer. 

For purchases made in Private Sales, on Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday (from November 21 to December 02 inclusive) the return date is extended until January 10, 2024 included.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be done through a form to exercise the right of withdrawal in the Contact section of the online store www.naitnait.com. Likewise, it is reported that the client has the email address orders@naitnait.com through which you must indicate your intention to return the order.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails the obligation of the consumer to return the product to Nait Nait, in the same conditions in which it was received, within thirty (30) calendar days at the latest. Therefore, Nait Nait may retain the refund of the amount until it has received the item to be returned.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore, no refund will be made in cases where the product is in a different condition or has suffered any deterioration, damage or harm. The return of any item will not be accepted once it has been used. Personalized items, combs and brushes are non-returnable. 

1.2. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

There are several conditions that the product must meet in order for it to be returned:

Must not be used.

It must not have suffered any kind of damage.

It must be in its original packaging.

The delivery of several products must be made in the same box in which we sent it to you or in a similar format.

To make a return, remember to present the original purchase receipt that you received with your order and the product to be returned.

If a return containing a discount promotion with a minimum purchase amount is made and the rest of the purchased items do not exceed the established minimum amount, the original price will be restored to the NON-returned items. Therefore, the amount of the purchased price will be refunded with the % applied less the sum of the discount applied to the non-returned products, thus cancelling the promotion.

If the specific promotion includes free gifts, these must also be returned.

1.3. RETURN OF PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARD

Products purchased with the Card in Nait Nait stores are subject to the same exchange and return policy as other products purchased in said stores. Where applicable, the refund of the amount of products purchased with the Card that are returned will be made as follows:

By increasing the balance available on the Card, provided that said Card exists at the time of the return. 

By means of a credit voucher, the delivery conditions of which are indicated in the following point, when at the time of reimbursement, the Card does not exist for any reason.

a. EXCEPTION IN RETURN

* Changes or returns of personalized items, combs and brushes are not accepted.

* Exchanges or returns of physical store outlet items are not accepted.

*Returns of the gift pack (bag, paper, sticker and card) are not accepted.

Changes in size of our sleeping bags and bubble pajamas of the same model and color purchased will only be accepted within the period described above (30 days).

b. RETURN PROCEDURE

The return period is 30 days from delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, i.e. any of our stores. In the event that the customer makes an online purchase and chooses the "Pick up in store" option, they will have 30 days for any type of exchange and/or return from the time the arrival of their order at the establishment is notified by email.

Returns can be made through the following options:

ba Return to Nait Nait store.

Go to the store with the item and the purchase receipt or confirmation email if it was an online purchase.

The items you returned will be sent to our offices for a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

bb Return from your home.

If you want to return an online order, please go to our online store www.naitnait.com and in your customer profile you can request it under "Merchandise returns" and we will tell you how to proceed.

The order must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. Returns of any item that has been used will not be accepted, so please make sure to check it carefully before the 30-day period so that you can request a return in a timely manner if it is not as you expected, if you have mistakenly received an item that you did not request instead of the item ordered, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Returns due to manufacturing defects will not be accepted after the established date has passed, or if the manufacturing defect is detected after the item has been used.

Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Nait Nait does not cover the cost of return (secondary shipping cost). Personalized items, combs and brushes cannot be returned. Outlet items purchased in a physical store cannot be returned.

The gift pack (bag, paper, sticker, card) cannot be returned.

Instagram is not the established channel to request a return or submit a claim, nor is it the channel to formalize an order, so Nait Nait is not responsible for return requests through Instagram since it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for this.

c. CONDITIONS OF GIFT CARD CREDIT VOUCHER

Nait Nait will issue a credit voucher, which will be delivered in the store itself, in the case of reimbursement of products purchased in Nait Nait stores.

The reimbursement methods established in this section are an essential condition, and are therefore considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Card.
