1. RETURN POLICY

1.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the possibility of withdrawing from his order without having to justify his decision within a period of one month (30 calendar days) from receipt of the products ordered, taking as a reference the date appearing on the carrier's receipt signed by the Customer. 

For purchases made on Black Friday and Cyber Monday (from November 16 to 28 inclusive), the return date is extended until January 10, 2024 included.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made through a form to exercise the right of withdrawal in the Contact section of the online store. www.naitnait.com. We also inform that the customer has the following e-mail address at his disposal pedidos@naitnait.com through which you must indicate your intention to return the order.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails the consumer's obligation to return the product to Nait Nait, in the same condition in which it was received, within thirty (30) calendar days at the latest. Nait Nait may therefore withhold the refund until it has received the item to be returned.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, so no refund will be made in those cases where the product is in different conditions or has suffered any deterioration, impairment or damage. The return of any item once used will not be accepted. Personalized items, combs and brushes are non-returnable. 

1.2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURN

There are several conditions that the product must meet in order to be returned:

Must not be used.

It must not have suffered any type of damage.

It must be in its original packaging.

The delivery of several products must be made in the same box where we sent it to you or in a similar format.

In order to make the return, please remember to present the original purchase receipt that you received with your order and the product to be returned.

If when making a return containing a discount promotion with a minimum purchase amount and the rest of the purchased items do not exceed the minimum amount established, the original price will be reestablished to the items NOT returned. So the amount of the purchased price will be refunded with the % applied minus the amount of the discount made to the products not returned, thus annulling the promotion.

If the particular promotion has gift items included, these must also be returned.

1.3. RETURN OF PURCHASES MADE WITH A GIFT CARD

Products purchased with the Card at Nait Nait stores are subject to the same return and exchange policy as all other products purchased at such stores. If applicable, refunds for products purchased with the Card that are returned will be made as follows:

By increasing the available balance on the Card, provided that the Card exists at the time of the refund. 

By means of a voucher, the terms of delivery of which are indicated in the following paragraph, when at the time of reimbursement the Card does not exist for any reason whatsoever.

a. EXCEPTION IN THE RETURN

* Customized items, combs and brushes cannot be returned or exchanged.

* No returns or exchanges are accepted on physical store outlet items.

*Gift pack (bag, paper, sticker and card) cannot be returned.

Size changes will only be accepted for our bubble sacks and pajamas of the same model and color purchased within the period described above (30 days).

b. RETURN PROCEDURE

The return period is 30 days from delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, i.e. any of our stores. In the event that the customer makes an online purchase and chooses the option ''Pick up in store'' will have 30 days for any type of change and / or return from the time it is notified via e-mail the arrival of your order at the store.

Returns may be made through the following options:

b.a. Return to Nait Nait store.

Come to the store with the item and the purchase receipt or confirmation email if it was an online purchase.

Your returned items will be sent to our offices for reimbursement in the same payment method used for the purchase.

b.b Return from your home address.

If you want to return an online order, please go to our online store www.naitnait.com and in your customer profile you can request it in "Merchandise returns" and we will tell you how to proceed.

The order must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. No item will be accepted for return once it has been used, so please make sure you check it well before the 30 days deadline so you can request a refund in a timely manner if it is not as you expected, if you have received an item that you did not order as a replacement for the item ordered, or if it has a manufacturing defect. No returns will be accepted for manufacturing defects after the established date, or if the manufacturing defect is detected once the item has been used.

Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Nait Nait does not assume the cost of return shipping (secondary shipping cost). Personalized items, combs and brushes are non-returnable. Outlet items purchased in physical store are non-returnable.

The gift pack (bag, paper, sticker, card) is non-refundable.

Instagram is not the established channel to request a return or transfer a claim, just as it is not the channel to formalize an order, so Nait Nait is not responsible for return requests through Instagram as it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for it.

c. GIFT CARD VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nait Nait will issue a credit voucher, to be delivered to the store itself, in the case of reimbursement of products purchased in Nait Nait Nait stores.

The forms of reimbursement set forth in this section are an essential condition and are therefore deemed to be expressly accepted with the purchase and/or use of the Card.
